    A Yes,we offer OEM/ODM customization services for frequency bands,output power, interface types,dimensions,and more,providing one-stop solutions from design to mass production.
  • Q How to obtain technical support for faults?

    A 1.Contact after-sales support during working hours(9:00-18:00,local time)with fault photos/videos.
    2.On-site support can be scheduled if needed.
    3.Product manuals and debugging guides are available for self-troubleshooting.
  • Q What is the warranty process?

    A 1.Contact our after-sales team at uni@uziwave.com or with product model,serial number,and fault description.
    2.Technical support will conduct remote troubleshooting; repair services are arranged if issues cannot be resolved remotely.
    3.Repaired units are shipped back within 7 working days(free repairs for eligible cases).
  • Q What conditions are excluded from warranty coverage?

    A 1.Human-caused damage(e.g.,forced disassembly,incorrect wiring,overvoltage supply).
    2.Damage from use beyond rated parameters.
    3.Damage from natural disasters (fire,flood,lightning).4.Faults caused by non-original parts replacement.

    A All Uziwave power amplifier products come with a 18-month warranty starting from the customer's delivery date.
