High-Precision Output & Comprehensive Power Detection Delivers 50±0.5dBm output power with dual forward/reverse power detection (40mV/dB analog output on Pin 1 and Pin 2), enabling real-time power monitoring and closed-loop control.
Intelligent Alarm & Protection System Features reverse power alarm (TTL output on Pin 3), temperature monitoring (40mV/°C analog output on Pin 5), and over-temperature alarm (analog/TTL signal on Pin 6) for full-status supervision. Over-temperature protection shuts down at 95°C and auto-restarts at 75°C.
Flexible Control & Robust RF Interface Supports active-high EN enable (Pin 4, TTL, High level = PA ON / Output power, Low level = RX, with internal 5V/10kΩ pull-up), low VSWR ≤1.4, +3dBm maximum input, and SMA input / N-type output connectors in a compact 165×55×24.5mm package with 28V/7–9A operation.
Fast-Response Hardware Current Protection Employs hardware-based current protection to ensure rapid response speed, safeguarding the amplifier against overcurrent conditions with minimal delay.

Test at an output power of 40dBm. To protect the power amplifier, prohibit testing the VSWR protection function at an output power exceeding 47dBm.
When the cable is connected properly, the voltage of Pin 4 (VSWR alarm pin) shall be low level (0V).
When the output cable is disconnected, the power amplifier output shall shut down for protection. The voltage of Pin 2 (output power detection pin) shall be low level (0V), and the voltage of Pin 4 (VSWR alarm pin) shall be high level (2.7–3.3V) simultaneously.
During a VSWR alarm (with output shut down and output cable disconnected), keep the power amplifier powered on and reconnect the output cable. Then activate the power amplifier via the external EN signal. The voltage of Pin 2 shall switch to high level, and the voltage of Pin 4 shall return to low level (0V) simultaneously.
During a VSWR alarm (with output shut down and output cable disconnected), reconnect the output cable. Then power off the power amplifier and power it on again. The voltage of Pin 2 shall be high level, and the voltage of Pin 4 shall be low level (0V) simultaneously.
Single-tone signal test.
Over-temperature protection: Hardware-controlled with fixed thresholds. Shutdown at +95℃; automatic restart at 75℃.
The power amplifier has no ALC control function.
The power amplifier is equipped with an isolator and features an N-type output connector.
The model suffix VFA indicates that the power amplifier is integrated with VSWR alarm function.
