  1. Single-band TDD 40W PA for 1.3–1.5 GHz – Delivers 46±1 dBm downlink output, designed specifically for ad-hoc networking within the 1300–1500 MHz range.

  2. Uplink with embedded filtering – Includes on-board uplink filtering to suppress out-of-band interference, improving receiver signal purity in congested RF environments.

  3. No RS485 monitoring – hardware-only control – Operates without digital monitoring interfaces; relies on discrete CMOS logic for transmit/receive switching and thermal management.

  4. Hardwired over-temperature protection – Fixed-threshold thermal shutdown at +85 °C with automatic restart at 65 °C, ensuring failsafe operation without software involvement.

  5. Wide-voltage power management – Accepts 16–36 V DC input (broadcast as 28 V on the cover label), accommodating fluctuating power sources in field deployments.

  6. High gain with low noise figure – Provides 51±2 dB downlink gain and ≤5 dB uplink noise figure, balancing strong output with sensitive reception.

  7. Clean modulation under 8 dB PAPR – Achieves ≤5 % EVM when tested with a 10 MHz TDD signal at 8 dB peak-to-average ratio, suitable for linear amplification requirements.

  8. Compact 140×75×18 mm form factor – Small footprint with mixed connector types (MCX for PA input, SMA for others), easing integration into space-constrained radio nodes.

  9. CMOS 3.3 V TX/RX line control – Separate logic inputs for uplink (LNA) and downlink (PA) switching; high level enables the path, low level disables it, aligning with TDD frame timing.

  10. Rugged environmental tolerance – Operational from –40 °C to +55 °C with typical current draw ≤5.5 A at nominal voltage, supporting outdoor and mobile ad-hoc installations.
