  1. Multi-band TDD 50W PA platform – Covers B34 (2.0GHz), B39 (1.9GHz), B40 (2.3GHz), and B41 (2.6GHz) with 47±1dBm downlink output, supporting 4G TDD band aggregation.

  2. High downlink gain with integrated LNA – Provides 53±2dB downlink gain and 25±2dB uplink gain, with ≤3dB uplink noise figure for improved receiver sensitivity in TDD repeaters.

  4. RS485 telemetry at 19200 baud – Supports remote gain setting, module on/off control, and real-time query of forward power (±1dB accuracy over >20dB range), temperature (±3°C from -25°C to +85°C), and operational status.

  5. Active fault reporting with dual alarms – Automatically reports over-power (exceeds rated max by +2dB) and over-temperature (≥85°C) conditions; shuts down at 85°C and auto-recovers at 65°C.

  6. CMOS 3.3V TDD frame control – Separate logic inputs for TX/PA (downlink) and RX/LNA (uplink) switching; high level enables, low level disables, aligning with TDD slot timing.

  7. Low EVM for linear modulation – Achieves ≤5% EVM at 10.0dB peak-to-average ratio, supporting clean amplification of 64QAM and higher-order 4G/LTE signals.

  8. Compact 150×100×23mm chassis – Space-saving mechanical design suitable for integration into remote radio units, small-cell nodes, and TDD repeater systems.

Monitoring Functions:

1. For the wiring diagram of the monitoring port, refer to the outline dimension drawing; RS485 interface communication

a. Settings: switch, gain;

b. Query: module status (including power amplifier status, over-power alarm, over-temperature alarm), power amplifier temperature, power amplifier ATT value, detected forward power;

c. Over-power alarm: alarm when the power exceeds the maximum output power by +2dB;

d. Over-temperature alarm: recommended threshold is +85℃; alarm is triggered when the detected temperature exceeds +85℃, and the power amplifier is turned off simultaneously, then turned on at +65℃;

e. Power amplifier temperature detection: the detection range shall

include but not be limited to -25℃~+85℃, with a detection accuracy of ±3℃;

f. Forward power detection: the detection range shall be greater than 20dB, with a detection accuracy of less than ±1dB;
