Uziwave Tdd Narrowband Power Amplifier with 100W 420-500M-Uzi-Grq-with CPU-Vfa for Marco Base Station

1. Single-tone signal test. 28V power supply, GaN.
2. The power amplifier has no ALC control function.
3. External EN enable: Fast switching. High level (5V) = Disable (PA OFF), Low level = Enable (PA ON). Default state at power-up (floating) is Disabled (PA OFF).
4. Neither the temperature alarm nor the VSWR protection will shut down the power amplifier; they only provide early warning alerts.
5. The power amplifier features fast current-limiting (overcurrent) protection, implemented via hardware.
6. The power amplifier is equipped with an isolator and features an N-type output connector.
7. To protect the amplifier, please test the VSWR protection function according to the customer's required VSWR test range (33-50 dBm).
8. We are currently looking for EMC and EMI testing from connector manufacturers, which will take some time.
9. As for the ambient temperature testing, we still need to find an external agency to conduct the tests.
