Uziwave Tdd Narrowband Power Amplifier with 100W 880-915M-Uzi-Grq-with CPU-Vfa for Marco Base Station

1. Test at an output power of 40dBm. To protect the power amplifier, prohibit testing the VSWR protection function at an output power exceeding 47dBm.
2. When the cable is connected properly, the voltage of Pin 4 (VSWR alarm pin) shall be low level (0V).
3. When the output cable is disconnected, the power amplifier output shall shut down for protection. The voltage of Pin 2 (output power detection pin) shall be low level (0V), and the voltage of Pin 4 (VSWR alarm pin) shall be high level (2.7–3.3V) simultaneously.
4. During a VSWR alarm (with output shut down and output cable disconnected), keep the power amplifier powered on and reconnect the output cable. Then activate the power amplifier via the external EN signal. The voltage of Pin 2 shall switch to high level, and the voltage of Pin 4 shall return to low level (0V) simultaneously.
5. During a VSWR alarm (with output shut down and output cable disconnected), reconnect the output cable. Then power off the power amplifier and power it on again. The voltage of Pin 2 shall be high level, and the voltage of Pin 4 shall be low level (0V) simultaneously.

Technical Specification:

Product Name:

  1. TDD-880~915M-100W-20070-EN-CPU-VFA

Note:

Cautions

  1. Single-tone signal test.

  2. Over-temperature protection: Hardware-controlled with fixed thresholds. Shutdown at +95℃; automatic restart at 75℃.

  3. The power amplifier has no ALC control function.

  4. The power amplifier is equipped with an isolator and features an N-type output connector.

  5. The model suffix VFA indicates that the power amplifier is integrated with VSWR alarm function.
